Employment of DVIP and DTAP
Determine whether this is a posting for more/less than a year. Postings over a year must be published and open for two weeks.
Once you have determined this, you must fill out a template for the correct job category.
DVIP (external lecturers, teaching assistants, instructors)

Once you have filled out the template, you must send it to the secretariat who will quality check the job posting and replace the text about the department with the text for the Department of Public Health.
You must describe the specific project on which employment is wanted.
Additionally, you must fill out either this text regarding employment of DVIP for more than one year or this text regarding employment of DVIP for less than 1 year. (In Danish)
You must obtain financial approval from your financial controller, Lisa Jasmin.
DTAP (teaching assistants, student instructors, tutors, etc., as well as student helpers)
