The big office move is about to begin. We want to help you get settled in as smoothly as possible.
Each workstation should have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and docking station.
NO CABLES ON THE FLOOR
It is important that all cables are secured using cable ties (available from Bodil Hammer Bech, Kirsten Østergaard, Gitte Hartvig (Sports), or the Maintenance team).
Extension cords and other computer-related cables must be brought from your “old” workstation. Remember to pack them along with your computer.
LIGHTING
Make sure you have proper lighting at your workstation. If the ceiling light is not sufficient, a desk lamp must be installed.

Once the relocations are completed in the fall, we will conduct an office walkthrough to check whether you are properly settled in and your workstation is appropriately set up.
