The Departmental Council election at the Department of Public Health will take place according to the below schedule:

Publication of election lists - 14 March 2016
Deadline for objections to the published election lists - By 22 March 2016
Publication of final election lists - 22 March - 6 April 2016
Nomination of candidates - 11 April 2016
Publication of lists of nominated candidates - 25 April 2016
Deadline for objections to nominated candidates - By 29 April 2016
Announcement of any uncontested election - By 29 April 2016
Publication of final lists of candidates - 18 and 19 May 2016
Election held - Immediately after the election
Count of votes - 25 May 2016
Deadline for announcement of election result - 8 June 2016
Deadline for complaints regarding the election - 1 July 2016
Newly elected members take up office
