In October 2018, the Career tool programme – Junior Researcher Development Programme – was launched.
The programme is aimed at young researchers at AU – assistant professors, postdocs as well as researchers on a tenure track course. It consists of four career tracks as well as applicable course catalogues where young researchers may choose the one track that will be best suited to them and their future career path.
The new website - Junior Researchers at Aarhus University – is the programme platform. There, both present and future young researchers at AU may explore the programme and find relevant information on, e.g., available positions, funding opportunities, employment terms and business cooperation.
