Sign up for Debate academy

Until 5 April, you can sign up for Dagbladet Information's debate academy, where you learn to write debate posts, pitch stories to journalists, give interviews on TV and use social media professionally.

As a researcher, you now have the opportunity to sign up for a three-day debate academy from the daily newspaper Information and the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

The academy is in Danish - it is free and takes place at Aarhus University 26 - 28 April 2022.

You will be taught by:

  1. Editor-in-Chief Rune Lykkeberg
  2. Søren Schultz Jørgensen, former editor-in-chief of Vid & Sans
  3. Author and researcher, PhD, Signe Tonsberg
  4. Forensic pathologist Asser Hedegaard
  5. Lars Torp, TV producer
  6. Mikkel Frey Damgaard, journalist, author and news anchor
  7. Nastja Arcel, actress and rhetorician

You must have a desire to participate in the debate with your research, have completed your PhD. and be employed at a university. In addition, it is a requirement that you can attend all three days.

Deadline for registration is April 5 (new date), and registration must be done via this link: Debatakademi for naturvidenskab og teknologi forår 2022 - i Aarhus – Informations BUTIK 

The seats are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
