Tickets cost DKK 175 and must be purchased via Conference Manager. Almost 250 employees have already signed up, but there is room for more, so you can still buy tickets until Monday 5 August 2024.

Who will be coming to the faculty party?

  • There’s a very good chance of running into someone from biomedicine, as one-third of the partygoers are from the Department of Biomedicine.
  • Right now, 75 of the sign-ups are from the faculty's largest department, Clinical Medicine.
  • You also have a good chance of snagging a dance with a colleague from the Department of Dentistry and Oral Health, as they make up 18 per cent of the participants.
  • Maybe you’re wondering how many guests are academic staff or technical and administrative staff? Well, we can tell you that right now 87 per cent of sign-ups are academic staff.
  • Among the technical and administrative staff, the Dean's Secretariat, PhD administration and Communication are ready to party. Together they represent just over two-thirds of the guests from among the technical and administrative staff.

Want to change these numbers? Then sign-up to attend the faculty party.

If you have any questions about the party, please contact Caroline Søndergaard Bendixen (health@au.dk) from the Dean’s Secretariat.
