The Time of Our Lives – At the intersection of biological and psychological time
Researchers from chronobiology, psychology, physiology, and the social sciences come together to explore the interplay between biological time and our lived experience of time.
We have a great programme, including keynote talks from Christian Cajochen (University of Basel) on light and entrainment of the human circadian clock and Kathryn Reid (Northwestern University) on optimizing timing for better health. Other talks cover topics including circadian biomarkers, timing of exercise and food intake, artificial light and circadian disruption, shift work, neurodiversity, aging, and social rhythms.
The symposium will take place at AIAS in Aarhus on Thursday, 17 September 2026. Registration costs 100 DKK and is required by 7 September.
