Grant letters / announcements of funding

All grant letters/announcements must be scanned and e-mailed in one file to the secretariat for registration in Reap. The secretariat staff member will then send the material along with a creation form to the Department's project finance administrators who will obtain the Department Head's approval for the creation of the project. 

The project finance administrator will inform the grant recipient/researcher of the new project number.

The researcher subsequently contacts the Health press office about publishing the news on Health's internal homepage.
